Marketing Manager

TheFinancial Services Industry (FSI) and TechnologyProductMarketing Managerworks closely with theFSIand TechnologyProductteamsto generate customerawareness, engagement and leads, ultimately resulting in increased solution sales for Point B.

He/she sets the marketing goals, objectives and strategies forthe FSI and TechnologyProductteamsandpartnerswith other members of the Marketing, Sales Insights,Industryand Accountteams tobothguide strategyandexecute againstdefined goals.

WHAT YOULL GET TO DO:
Own the brandpositioning,messaging, voice and overall marketing vision forFSI and TechnologyProducts.
Developappropriate marketing plans and secure related budget to meet sharedFSI and TechnologyProductteam goals.
Drive the creation ofcompelling contentthat supports the brand and goals.
Collaborate with the Marketingteamand other internal teams to execute campaigns across our channels; measure resultsand evolvewith an eye to continuous improvement.
Develop key messages to support the FSI and Technology Product brands; identify and showcase client stories that bring the brand to life.
Work with FSI and Technology Product subject matter experts to identify trends and create related insights.
Liaise with the Solutions Development team to bring FSI and Technology Product solutions to market.
Develop campaign objectives, strategies, and tactics to meet FSI and Technology Product goals.
Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop compelling and effective visual assets to engage appropriate audiences.
Run campaigns, including project management, budget management, and collaborative execution across PR, paid and organic social media, website, email, ads, events and account-based marketing.
Innovate and be bold.
Analyze and report results against marketing and sales KPIs.
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation in our offerings, messaging and marketing.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOUVE ALREADY DONE:
7-10 years marketing experience; business-to-business strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong functional marketing skills.
Program management skills, including ability to drive prioritization and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others, includinginternal employees,executives, and external clients and partners.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Ability to work around obstacles or blockers while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to come up with creative solutions and try new ways of doing things.
Strong client-service ethic and ability to serve multiple internal customers.
Ensures operational execution is in line with business objectives and direction.
Strives to standardize processes that lead to greater efficiency and consistency for the team.
B.A.

or B.S.

degree.
Product marketing experience preferred.
Experience in highly regulated or financial industries preferred (ADD)
Experience using contact managementtools.
Experience with common office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
