We are passionate about boldly innovating, pushing boundaries, and delivering exceptional experiences across everything we do.What youll achieveAs a Director of Design you will lead a highly skilled team of multi-disciplined design professionals focused on delivering the next wave of Dell Technologies experiences.

You will collaborate with key global functions to define and drive exceptional solutions for our end users.

You will also work with leaders across business, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the strategic direction of the client and ecosystem hardware and software portfolio.You will play a pivotal role on the broader global pan-Dell Experience Design Groups leadership team as we craft best-in-class products and lead the industrys most talented assembly of design professionals.

Operationally, you will lead and manage all aspects of staff development, budgeting, and organizational strategy.

This role reports directly to the head of design for the Client Solutions Group.You will:Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.

Become the key evangelist of experience design + digital products and servicesCreate design strategy that explores, defines, and drives the future of end user experiencesAdopt a solutions-centric mindset and have a maniacal focus on experiencesInfluence executives across Dell to drive broad-scale initiatives that solve complex problems for our customersLead the design discipline and be responsible for the culture and quality of the design through the recruitment, development, and mentorship of world-class diverse talent.Nurture a positive, creative, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration and boldness with constructive and respectful feedbackInspire, motivate, and lead the designs teams to create elegant solutions that are coveted by end-users and exceed market performance expectationsEvangelize the design strategy and end user experience internally and externally, including customers, analysts, and mediaTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
