Executive Assistant

Connexity is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior leadership team. The responsibilities for this role include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports for our busy Execs. Our ideal candidate is well-organized, has great time management skills, is flexible, adaptable, friendly, and proactive. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executives’ calendars, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Arrange extensive and detailed travel plans and itineraries (both domestic and international)
  • Process expense reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
  • Manage daily expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Requirements

  • Experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or executive assistant supporting C-Level executives in a fast-paced organization
  • Strong organizational, communication skills (both verbal and written – editing, grammatical), and research skills
  • High proficiency in G-Suite (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Enthusiasm for a tech environment with fast-paced changes
  • A multitasker with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks at hand with accuracy and efficiency
  • Exceptional planning skills and an acute attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
