Summary
We were a founder led sales organization for the past 18 months, from pre-seed to Series A. We’re now looking for someone to take our small team of strategic account executives to a world class organization, all while pioneering new markets with playbooks and strategic vision.
Company’s technology is creating new opportunities that have never existed before — this role will be instrumental in leading our sales team through discovery, strategy, and execution. We’re looking for someone with the grit, experience, and leadership skills, to put Company in every venue across the globe and change video production forever.
What you’ll do:
You’ll have a seat at the leadership table, painting vision and strategy, while also rolling up your sleeves to do what needs to be done. Company is about to unlock several SMB and Enterprise industries, and this role should understand the roadmap and execution needed to succeed.
- Create and launch go-to-market strategies for new verticals.
- Design & implement short-term and long-term revenue strategy for the entire business.
- Map out and execute on a hiring plan to meet and exceed target goals.
- Establish and evolve KPIs, sales processes, and systems to support revenue growth.
- Measure and report on weekly pipeline development activities tied to monthly pipeline targets.
- Work with Marketing, Account Management, and Product to maximize team success – from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs.
- Represent and speak our cultural values as a leader in our organization.
- Conduct 1:1s with your team, coaching and broadening their thinking on account strategy and tactics and mentoring their customer facing skills
- Prioritize rep enablement, support your team to ensure they have what they need to be successful and take corrective action when help is needed

This position will be required to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic sales team by driving efficiencies, improvement, and processes across a diverse client base.
- 6+ years of SaaS sales experience
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years of startup experience
- Working knowledge of CRM and software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach )
- Strong examples of hiring, building and training sales teams
- Enterprise strategic sales experience with record of developing great sales reps
- Ability to mentor others to develop C-Level Executive presence in large organizations
- Passion for building long term customer and partner relationships
- Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems
