The Role

At Jellysmack, we’re building an amazing People team with various skillsets on a mission to leave “traditional HR” in the past and solve for complex issues in a way that feels uniquely simple for our 1,000+ team members!

As a HR Project Manager you will be in charge of driving some of our most challenging topics, partnering with both our Business / Tech teams & the rest of the People team.

The Responsibilities

* Partner with the People Team (Talent Acquisition, People Ops, People Analytics, Learning & Development, Engagement, Culture & Comms) and key leaders throughout the organization to gather and prioritize project roadmap
* Identify & proactively suggest new ideas and opportunities for Jellysmack to be at the forefront of People topics
* Kick-start and manage key People projects for Jellysmack by developing and owning the project roadmap, defining and measuring the right Success Factors, and ensuring that we have the right skillset for each project.

Requirements

The Qualifications

* 3
– 5 years of project management expertise from a consulting role from a top-tier consulting firm
* Successful track record driving projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in embarking on a mission to make “people-related” topics a fun thing, not a necessary pain, for team members to take on.

You want to create a world where a Manager is excited at the idea of doing a Performance Review for their team or hiring a new team member!
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills: we are a global company, so experience working across cultures is a strong plus!
* While previous experience working within the Creator economy is not a requirement, genuine belief that social media can (also!) drive positive change is a must.
