What fires up your grill ?

Delivering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to help streamline clients’ customer interaction and customer service.

How do you keep reservations booked and clients coming back from more ?

You plan ahead and give careful oversight while your application is being cooked .

You facilitate rollouts of new apps and modules on the menu , as well as configure app UI and Workflow.

Your work stays fresh with your customized approach to each application dish .

Working on general updates and configuration changes/requests is a piece of cake to you.

You know collaboration with your ServiceNow kitchen team is to key to serve up successful solutions for clients.

The work: Apply knowledge of ServiceNow to design solutions that meet or exceed requirements, support the technical team Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect, identify ways to reduce implementation efforts Ensure all business and design requirements are met Support quality management Support test plan development and Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts Here’s what you need: (Qualifications) Minimum of 2 years experience supporting the configuration and development of ServiceNow Minimum of 2 years in a business analysis role Experience with taking part in client conversations One more thing, this role requires US Citizenship and no Dual Bonus points if you have: A ServiceNow System Admin certification An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL An ITIL Foundations Certification Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
