In this virtual internship, you’ll find out what it’s like to be a M&A lawyer at ABL as you help advise our client on a commercially and time sensitive issue.
This module has been designed in a way to give you a sense of the type of work that ABL is frequently involved in, and also how a law graduate may be involved in such a matter.
We understand that you will be very busy managing your university workload.
As such, completing the task is optional.
