Ambitious and growing law firm looking for an Intake and Demand Paralegal to deliver excellent service for our clients.
We will provide necessary training.This position is within the Pre-Litigation Department at Abramson Labor Group.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Senior Paralegals, other members of support staff, and attorneys to complete a wide variety of tasks necessary for resolving employment matters pre-litigation.
These tasks include but are not limited to:Conducting telephonic intakes with clients to capture detailed facts about their case.Identifying relevant violations of law based on available facts.Drafting legal correspondence outlining our client’s available claims.RequirementsBachelor’s degree.1 years of law firm experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice.$18.00
