Job Description:Under the general direction of the Finance Manager, Maintenance & Line Service, responsibilities of the Maintenance Billing Specialist include review and closing of open maintenance work orders, billing customers for maintenance events, and liaison between the Accounts Receivable Collections department and maintenance shop floor.Generate customer invoices for maintenance events.File warranty claims on behalf of the customer.Liaison for Accounts Receivable Collections department and maintenance shop floor when customer disputes are involved.Follow-up with Maintenance shop floor personnel regarding uncompleted Maintenance work order items.Monitor incoming customer deposits and notify the applicable Maintenance Controller upon receipt.Respond to customers regarding billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Maintain transient/retail customer credit card information on file and process customer payments as necessary.Other responsibilities as requested or assigned.Top Skills Details:Erp, great plains software, billing collections, accounts receivable, Billing systemsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of billing experienceAviation experience preferred, but not requiredCorridor experience is a plus, but not requiredGreat Plains experienceStrong MS Excel skillsAbout Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, were dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
