West Los Angeles developer/manager looking for a PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT and PURCHASER.
Job description includes but is not limited to:

Assist field project managers with scheduling, coordinating, and follow up.
.
Assist field project managers and principals with purchasing and sourcing
.
Soliciting bids
Ability to assist managing multiple projects concurrently, with an emphasis on accuracy and proper follow-up/reporting
Must have some construction experience.
Full time hours between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
