Job Description Position Summary A&F is looking for a Seasonal Lead for its Distribution Centers in New Albany, OH.

The Seasonal Lead will direct a group hourly distribution center associates.

This individual will spend their day motivating his/her team to drive business results while providing coaching and training to associates as needed throughout the day.

Responsibilities: Coach and lead hourly associates in individual and group settings Motivate and engage individual and team performance, achieving productivity and accuracy goals Use reporting and analytical tools to ensure productivity and accuracy goals are met Communicate ideas, suggestions and concerns to Leadership team Demonstrate conflict avoidance and resolution techniques Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, training, and staffing utilization Lead, train, and manage the performance of the team, ensuring all accuracy and Units Per Hour (UPH) goals are met Foster and reinforce a positive, collaborative environment that respects and values diversity Conduct mid-year and annual reviews with hourly associates across multiple departments Translate SOP’s and other documentation Work in a productive function as needed Assist in attending job fairs and with other workforce development projects Promote safety awareness and support the safety culture through the company Drive process improvements to support A&F’s growth strategies Qualifications: Perficient in Spanish At least 1-2 years’ experience preferred Strong leadership style with a focus on team development Previous leadership experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment Ability to use critical thinking to proactively identify and remove obstacles to success Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with Warehouse Management Systems QualificationsAdditional Information ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO.
