We’re looking for a Senior HR Manager to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:

Design and implement HR programs and processes within client group and across Snap.

Consult and partner for business leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end talent management solutions.

Serve as the lead HR Business Partner for senior leaders, (up to C-level executives or their directs), across multiple business functions

Demonstrate your knowledge and experience with sophisticated employment issues to drive high integrity employee relations, DEI, performance management, and conflict resolution strategies

Make sound business/people recommendations and decisions by interpreting and synthesizing data
-
Developed influence that results in data driven employment decisions that align with Snap Values
-
Provide coaching and mentorship to senior leaders, their teams and Snap team members to enable team and individual development
-
Assess org health using data and employee sentiment and develop engagement action plans to address areas of opportunity
-
Drive Snap values and dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion into people programs and processes to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace

Drive cycles of continuous improvement that simplify HR service delivery

Collaborate with site and regional leadership teams to harmonize site-specific priorities in alignment with overarching Snap goals

Deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a high volume workload supporting HR functions and operations leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-
Interprets complex information from various sources to effectively identify and then solve problems.

Able to work cross functionally across the enterprise and provide leadership through complex policy, process, and people-related challenges.

Manage relationships with strategic internal clients and act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and mobilizing appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in delivering business strategy and plans.

Identify requirements for HR frameworks and tools to meet business needs.
Specify the design and manage development and implementation, guaranteeing adherence with external requirements and integration with the broader HR policy framework.

Ability to partner with key stakeholders in managing complex Employee Relations cases
-
Skilled in leading / navigate organizational and people changes, embedding desired culture and behaviors.

Set people related goals for their vertical(s) that align with business objectives and track progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent years of experience
-
10+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in HRLDP or similar development program experience
-
Master’s degree in HR, IR, or related field
-
HR experience in a tech start-up or high growth company
-
HR experience working with the Sales function
-
Knowledge, experience with and passion for Snap Inc products!
