Performance Account Executive

Teads is seeking a motivated Performance Account Executive to join the growing team in Los Angeles. As a Performance Account Executive for Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our new product and offering. This role will directly report to the Sr. Director of Performance Sales, West. Open to candidates located in either Los Angeles or San Francisco.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Collaborating closely with the Teads LA & SF teams on sales opportunities within our existing client base, as well hunting for new clients within an individually managed book of businessSell in Managed Service, Self-Serve and Programmatic (3 rd Party DSP) campaigns optimizing to Full Funnel KPIsShare field intelligence and previous experience to regional & global teams to improve and grow the performance go to marketExpertly identify client challenges with intelligent discovery questioning and prescriptive solution sellingPresent QBRs / Analyze campaign performance, issues and optimization opportunitiesSetting clear, honest, and realistic expectations with clients on the expected outcomes for each new campaignCollaborate with the Account Management & Ad Ops teams to manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management and create up-sell opportunitiesLiaise with Product and Innovation on market feedback to enhance the Teads Performance offeringExperience/Background4-5 years of relevant experienceExpert knowledge in Performance Advertising strategy, operations, optimization, troubleshootingStrong grasp of Programmatic; DSP campaign set up, performance optimization and SSP operationsDeep understanding of attribution and analytics toolsNetwork and contact list within performance marketing teams at agencies and brands direct in LA and/or the Pacific Northwest.Understanding of Teads inRead USP and opportunity for performance clientsPrior digital media experience within mobile and video, ideally with biddable/programmatic backgroundStrong new business and new product sales skillsDesire to work in a changing, fast-paced environmentOutstanding communication and presentation skillsPassionate for evangelizing, teaching, learning, collaborating, and winning as a team.Creative thinker and always looking for new ways to achieve aimsStrong interpersonal and teamwork abilities and ability to thrive without supervision===== About Teads =====Teads, The Global Media Platform, is the single access point for advertisers to connect to the world’s best publishers and reach an audience of over 1.7 billion people every month.Teads’ made-for-mobile ad experiences deliver the best combination of mass reach and brand safety in the market.
