We are looking for a Sales Onboarding & Training Manager
– Creator Program who can help take our Sales & Customer Success teams to the next level.
These teams are responsible for landing creator partnerships and then managing the success of those relationships within our platform offering.
Requirements
The Responsibilities
Define and implement training and onboarding initiatives to drive Sales & Success KPIs.
Ensure employees in the Sales & Success roles are well-equipped with the resources, onboarding and training on sales, engagement, support, industry, platform, processes, systems, tools, necessary to effectively perform in an environment of fast-paced change
Set program
– and course-level learning objectives role-specific curriculum, sharing the vision and strategic directly with stakeholders, and evaluate the outcomes
Partner with Global Local teams on best practices and systemization of training processes and tools.
Onboard all Sales & Success new hires, organize relevant trainings and onboarding paths to upskill teams
Provide access to the essential tools needed by the team to support their daily workflow
Plan and monitor program performance to ensure training and onboard initiatives are exceeding expectations.
Adapt and ensure continuous improvement of learning & development programs and tools
The Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development for Sales and/or Customer care/Account Managers
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then execute those plans
Excellent written and oral communication and presentations skills in English
Experience developing and launching training programs and curriculums
Experience collaborating across multifunctional teams including pre-sales managers, sales managers, and account management teams
Self-motivated teammate able to prioritize and lead projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international/multicultural environment
Strong data and KPI orientation

This is a United States based position.
Due to the global nature of the role, we are looking for an individual who has a high interest in both domestic and international travel, as well as the willingness and ability to flex their schedule to operate on regional/local time zones and schedules to accomplish their tasks.
In order to make sure you get the best working environment, you will get a $300 / EUR 250 allowance to get set up.
