Director of Financial Planning & Analysis needed for a Hospital about 30 miles north of Los Angeles, CA.
Responsible for driving organization wide development, implementation, and day to day management and use of advanced approaches to financial planning and labor management.
Through this work, identifies and assists the organization in making and implementing sound business decisions to improve financial performance and enhance care delivery.
Base $170k
– $175k, 15% Bonus opportunity, relocation assistance, excellent benefits and 5% match on 403b.
Minimum Qualifications
Licensure and Certification:
CFP or CPA preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field
Master’s degree in Business preferred
Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing hospital budget preparation, and a
financial analysis or decision support department
Minimum five (5) years Supervisory experience required
