This role is essential to providing a hospitable and high touch experience and requires patience, organization, positivity, and personality.

resume must be included to be consideredweekly pay pay rate $24/hour Saturday and Sunday evening part time schedule must provide proof of covid-19 vaccination for employment Requirements: College degree or Military/Law Enforcement are preferred.Must be 21 years or older.Ability to provide professional communication in all environmentsStrong organizational, communication and verbal skillsIn-depth understanding of essential hospitality standards and company policiesProven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors and internal departmentsAbility to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor2+ years of previous luxury hotel, retail, restaurant, hospitality or security front of house guest service required.Previous community involvement or networking experience is preferred.Work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and follow up with all guests and employees.Ability to effectively response to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers and the general public.Ability to identify problems and use problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Must possess general computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality and anticipates the needs of others.Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a pleasant and calm demeanor with customers, patients and caregiversExcellent communication (verbal, written and listening) skillsAbility to read body language and interact appropriately with othersJob Profile / Responsibilities Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the companys needs.Greet guests and confirm reservations.Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.Maintain positive ongoing relationships.Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.Represent the company with integrity and dedication.Define, communicate, and maintain high standards of customer service at all times.Inform & suggest opportunities to engage customers in center & retailer events, theatre, spas and restaurants available within the area.Think out-of-the-box to resolve all customer concerns, and anticipate their interests in services, amenities, programs & events while in the area.Answer incoming telephone callsGreet visitors as they enter facilityMonitor Security Cameras.

Detect any suspicious activity through video surveillance.Help customers navigate various programs, digital tools, or visitor check in process at center.Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.Interior and exterior patrolsResponds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.Prepares logs and reports as required.Performs access control functions including verifying the identity of all persons entering at our Clients complex and, if applicable, monitoring all parking and dock control, per the Clients policy.Strong operational knowledge of Clients ID and access control systems and policiesObserves and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.Performs duties which include creating and terminating access badges, performing badge audits, and generating badge access reportsAllied Universal® provides unparalleled service, systems and solutions to people and businesses within our local communities, and is North Americas leading security services provider.
