Busy Farmers Insurance Agency in North Hollywood seeks a Full-Time experienced, professional and ambitious P&C licensed sales producer.
Hourly plus bonus and quarterly and annual incentives.
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Computer experience & organizational skills required.
Must have strong people skills and maintain professionalism.
Bi-Lingual: Spanish and Korean speakers strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements: P&C License (License must be obtained in the first 3 months if no license)
Job Description and Responsibilities/Duties: * Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources * Develops quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales * Follows up on all unsold quotes/”X-dates” * Calls on telemarketing and all leads provided by Agency, Mails letters and postcards to prospect for new clients * Develops ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, * Sets Financial Service Appointments for Agent
