Doob 3D is a 3D scanning and printing company that recently lauched in the US. We are currently looking to hire a full-time Store Manager that lives in or around San Jose.As a company, we focus on scanning and printing hyper-realistic replicas of people, pets, and anything else that goes in our scanner. We use a 3D camera to capture the subject in 360 degrees, then send that image to our 3D printers to be printed in full color. It’s amazing! You can find us at ww.doob3d.com.The Store Manager position is primarily about managing all of the daily store operations (opening/closing procedures) as well as managing a small team of associates. Store Managers are expected to regularly interact with many customers, giving each a strong, positive experience and help explain the DOOB experience. Store Managers also manage the scanning and purchasing process, scheduling, customer service, and daily sales. As a Store manager, you will be responsible for:• Scheduling• Daily store operations.• Driving sales by providing excellent customer service.• Personally engaging with every single customer that walks into the store to establish a strong, positive customer experience.• Establishing customer loyalty through email signups.• Filling out customer information appropriately.• Helping customers through our purchasing process.• Ensuring scans are done properly.• Uploading scans• Assisting customers over the phone.• Keeping the store clean.• Maintaining the scanner.• Working with a sense of urgency.• Staying productive.• Meeting necessary sales goals.• Having a strong understanding of the business and our specific 3D process.We are looking for people who are hardworking, flexible, extremely passionate about the 3D industry, and interested in growing with the company.
