This individual will excel property knowledge, overcoming objections and poses impressive customer service skills while having the ability to multitask in a fluid and fast-paced environment, in addition to maintaining an ability to manage administrative functions.
These include, guiding new residents through the application and move-in process, sending emails in a timely manner, scheduling appointments shows, etc.
Experience:
Position prefers 1+ years of Phone Customer Service and/or Phone Sales experience
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
Good time management skills and attention to detail
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to our paid in-house training program
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Bilingual
– Spanish (verbal and written)
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer texts and emails from prospects regarding their inquiries, requests, future living plans and general information.
Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property listed by our company.
Explain rental criteria and determine if the Prospects meet requirements prior to applying.
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Receive all telephone calls and listen to resident requests, concerns and comments.
Promptly submit a Maintenance Service Request and inform the maintenance team.
Answer questions for residents about community, repairs, rent, rules, etc.; Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters.
Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
Responsible for maintaining work areas and office in a clean and orderly manner.
Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions
Update job knowledge by participating in educational and training opportunities

Hiring as a contracted position with full time salary being offered after an extended period to select individuals.
