We are currently seeking an Operations Representative for a credit union located in Los Angeles, CA!
Type: Full-time, temporary
Pay: $24/hr
Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Reviews/Processes ACH transactions
Processes share draft exceptions, which includes return items, Fed adjustments, legal orders, levies and subpoenas
Processes payroll deduction
Processes Debit Card/Reg.
E disputes and fraud claims, completes daily debit card settlement
Completes ATM/FSCC daily settlement for all systems/vendors (CO-OP, FSCC, ANI)
Processes MasterCard disputes and fraud claims, completes daily credit card settlement
Completes daily mail, return deposit items and member correspondence
Completes and reconciles electronic services daily reports (mobile deposits, bill pay and online banking)
Requirements:
1 year of operations experience within a credit union or bank
High School Diploma required!
Excellent communications skills with demonstrated ability to correspond with all levels of staff, members, and public.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to work well under pressure and organize work to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
