A little about this position:
- Performs routine building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting, dry wall repair and installation.
- Introduction to electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- High school or Trade School graduate or equivalent experience.
- One year experience in building maintenance with exposure to a minimum of two building trades.
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
