Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in Southern California and surrounding territory.

This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory.

Ideal candidate must reside in the Southern California area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement Sales of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings in the territory market working directly with Builders, Owners and Architects.
Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone in the market of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account.
Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone internal departments to insure customer experience is optimized and efficient.
Ability to work with Computer Operating Systems while having the ability to review and understand Blueprints.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have College Degree, or equivalent work experience within the Commercial Pre-Engineered Steel Industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System’s associates, customers, subsidiaries, and agents
Thorough understanding of Pre-Engineered Steel Construction process and products.
Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales/marketing or project management experience.
Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales within the Pre-Engineered Steel Building Industry.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential.
Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Must reside in Market
50-70% travel in market a must
