We are seeking a People Talent & Experience Manager who will lead the organization in finding and retaining excellent employees and driving an amazing employment experience.

The right candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

What we want you to do
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Lead employment branding initiatives
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate and employment experience
Assist in employee retention and development
Manage and implement programs & initiatives recognizing employee successes and supporting corporate culture
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Actively support your colleagues and help build a culture of accountability
What you need to have
Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Excellent communicator
Well-organized
A leader and strategic thinker
BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
Other nice stuff
Ability to work with small and large teams both in an in-office & remote environment
Prior experience working in technology
Active community engagement (i.e.

membership in industry groups and organizations, writing blogs, participation in conferences and continuing education)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00
– $95,000.00 per year
