PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK EFFORTSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in a custodial or similar position is highly preferred.
Experience operating cleaning machines is preferred.
Must be able to lift, push or pull over 30 pounds occasionally.
Other physical requirements include constant walking, bending, reaching, and stooping associated with sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing and polishing.
Must be able to pass a 7 year background and a drug screen as this is a safety sensitive position and occasionally drives a golf cart.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
