We treat our technicians like partners not just employees. * Must have a minimum of 4 years employment as a service & repair plumber. Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly meetings held by the Sales Manager.
- Dispatch to jobs, provide estimates, sell plumbing jobs, write out invoices and collect payment from the customer.
- Able to diagnose and explain plumbing issues with customers and take care of the problem. Provide multiple options based on the customer’s plumbing needs and preferences.
- Regular maintenance of the company’s vehicle & equipment. Communicate with management if either or needs to be repaired.
- Maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance,
- Follow all company policies and any direction given by a superior.
Qualifications:
- All candidates are required to have a valid Driver’s License
- 4 years minimum of service & repair plumber.
- Expertise in drain cleaning is a plus
- Ability to sell & perform plumbing work.
- Availability on weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 – $149,696.00 per year
