Summary/Objective: Evaluation Support
We are seeking a detailed-orientated individual who will report to the Administrative Supervisor.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized with great time management skills and can multi-task at various levels.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, who is a self-starter and solution driven.
This person will be responsible for document scanning and uploading files accurately and timely.
Job duties:
Work with Document upload workflow
Working with computers
Assist with uploading documents
Triage records
Handle time sensitive material
Communicate with all departments on urgent uploads
Function as back up receptionist as needed
Including any other task designated by your supervisor
Qualifications:
High school education/GED or equivalent
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive/suite.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
