Essential Functions:
Conduct in depth and thorough evaluation of a potential client’s workplace issues
Utilize parameters set by law firm partners to assess potential client’s testimony
Convey effective sales pitch to encourage the client to retain our firm
Communicate clearly with potential clients on the phone
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Preferably 1+ years of legal and sales experience but not required
Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook and Teams
Able to operate a multi-line phone
We are looking for someone who is hard worker with an ability to think analytically and reactively
Excellent telephone skills
