Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through education and tenured work experience.
Majority of time is spent on: performing technically based activities, contributing to and managing projects, providing advice and/or direction in primary areas of expertise, utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations, leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.
Work is primarily achieved by individual or through project teams, utilizing technical expertise to achieve results.
At senior levels, may act in a “function leadership” (i.e.
non-people leadership) capacity.
The role will focus on a CRM initiative that will involve design and discovery, planning with multiple leaders and their work stream reams.
The work will also include partnering with the BU’s BPO vendors and call center operations team as the CRM is integrated into ADP’s call center software and reporting platforms.Qualifications:Typically requires BA/BS
– or equivalent in education and experience.Knowledge of the payments industry , especially paycards, GPR cards, etc.Experience with consumer products, especially in the payments/fintech industries.Typically requires a minimum of 8 years relative experience.Strong Project Management skillsetAbility to influence teams and leaders to complete major milestones on scheduleAbility to work closely with chosen CRM vendor on day to day issues /monthly enhancements and annual upgradesAbility work closely with BPO call center agents on dashboard trainingExperience with ServiceNow would be a plusYOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN: Have courageous team collaboration.
