HRIS Coordinator

SENIOR HRIS ADMINISTRATOR – Hybrid!

We have been retained by our parent company, GHJ to identify a Senior HRIS Administrator. The purpose of this newly created role of Senior HRIS Administrator is to provide administrative leadership and strategic input in the performance and on-going improvement of our firm’s comprehensive Human Resources IT systems. This role will support the Chief People Officer and work collaboratively with the firm’s IT leadership and IT team.

Summary of the role:

The ideal candidate will have the experience of how to customize and to configure each system to meet ongoing business needs and generate data insights reporting and analytics to support our firm’s leadership, employees, human resources team in the areas such as compensation, compliance, individual and team performance, onboarding and off-boarding analysis and overall workforce analytics. Additionally, the candidate will need to ensure that the systems utilization is accurate, aligned, and maintained according to organization processes, practices and compliance regulations. The candidate will provide leadership for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to evaluate and determine any needed changes and/or upgrades to HRIS software and systems tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical and/or system requirements.
  • On-going evaluation of HR systems to identify points of improvement.
  • IT project management experience.
  • Partner with Department Heads to develop and/or assess technology solutions that enable on-going automation of HR processes.
  • Implement process improvements designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert.
  • Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms while collaborating with the firm’s IT senior leadership.
  • Partner with the firm’s IT function and other support functions to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security and system efficiency.
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks with the HRIS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience supporting a human resources function
  • Strong understanding of Excel and Power BI
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills

Salary Range for Senior HRIS Administrator: $75,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)
