On our Supply Chain and Operations team, you will help our clients diagnose their most difficult challenges in today’s transformative world. As part of a high performing team that brings operational insights and strategy to clients, you will be responsible for developing deliverables, facilitating meetings with client counterparts and stakeholders, applying critical thinking to presentations and analyses, leading project work-streams, providing guidance to staff consultants, and supporting engagement leadership in quality client project delivery.   • Qualifications
    • Pursuing a MBA and approximately 3-7 years of prior work experience
    • A collaborative approach to work, and the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges
    • Experience analyzing supply chain financials, translating data analysis into business insights, modelling complex business cases
    • Knowledge of and desire to work in operational areas that impact the Supply Chain, including sales and operations planning, sourcing and procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics and distribution, business process outsourcing, lean-six sigma, and cost reduction
    • Understanding of and desire to learn emerging supply chain and digital technologies such as internet of things, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence
    • A genuine interest in solving complex business problems
    • Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences
    • Strong leadership skills and a desire to build cutting-edge solutions
    • Ability to take initiative and drive execution with minimal supervision
    • Work experience within the supply chain functions or management consulting
    • Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs
    • A willingness and ability to travel up to 40-60% to client sites
    • A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
    • Candidates interested in the Government & Public Sector focus must:

      • Have sole U.S. citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher, within the designated time frame, which will be determined by the engagement requirements for a security clearance.

  • Our approach to hiring utilizes several different formats throughout the course of the recruiting process.
