The Role: Inside Sales (Tele-sales)

The Salary:

  • $30,000 USD annual starting salary ($2k per mth base pay)
  • Bump up to $35,000 base pay after six months of employment

The Commission Package:

  • Weekly KPI Bonuses
  • Monthly Commissions on revenue
  • Quarterly Bonuses on target achievement

Earnings Potential: $45,000 – 60,000 average first year rep earnings, with potential to do much more. Top performers can cross $80k.

Job Description:

  • Making 120-150 phone calls a day to executives across the country
  • Client/Pipeline Management via our proprietary CRM system
  • Sourcing leads and conducting industry research

Our Ideal Candidate: You will have a shark mentality. You will not have any fear on the phones and you will not lay down to an objection. You are a fighter; a hunter; a wolf in a world of sheep. Some of the characteristics we look for:

  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • An ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the phone
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A relentless and positive work ethic, with a commitment to your career
  • Experience in digital publishing or advertising would be an asset
  • 1-2 years sales experience preferred
  • University Degree preferred

Work Hours: 7am – 4pm, Mon-Fri
