Office/Data Entry/Inventory Clerk

About us:
We are a printing and sticker company located in Downtown Los Angeles.

Position:

  • Full Time.
  • Monday – Friday.
  • 10:00am – 6:00pm.
  • Hourly Rate $15.00 – $17.00 an hour depending on experience.
What we are looking for: Office/Data Entry/Inventory Clerk.

Job Description includes:

  • Collecting information from customers and clients.
  • Entering data into the central database.
  • Transferring physical records into a digital filing system.
  • Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary.
  • Indexing and filing invoices.
  • Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.
  • Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records.
  • Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Preparing or processing invoices or estimates.
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks.
  • Packaging and shipping company materials.
  • Assisting other departments as needed.
