We are looking for Spa Attendants to keep the spa in a presentable and clean manner, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Spa Attendants responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, and providing information about the spa and it’s amenities.
If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the service industry, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning tasks throughout the spa
Manage all amenities and ensure they are maintained.
Laundry
Welcome and serve guests throughout the spa
Provide information about our facility and all of it’s amenities
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Skills
Hard working
Experience with cleaning or janitorial duties
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Teamwork oriented
