Senior Project Manager – Land Development

Description

We have a rewarding opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Los Angeles, CA. 

This position will contribute to the growth of Land Development in Southern California leading business development efforts with local architects and developers while building, mentoring and managing the local Land Development team.

The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their practice.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering 

• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners.

• Registered engineer with at least 10 years of experience in land development within Southern California (residential, commercial, industrial and/or institutional).

• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work.

• Strong technical skills in Civil 3D

• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.

• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably.
