You absolutely must know your steak temperatures well
You must be comfortable working 7-8 hours shift on flat top grills.
$18 per hour for training
$20 per hour after training
Kitchen equipment knowledge is essential
Must be able to work as team, and help other employees in the kitchen.
Must be able to clean food in the preparation areas as determined by law.
Must be able to multitask and make any food adjustments in order to accommodate customers with any allergies or specific diet concerns.
Season food and follow company recipes.
Keeps food organized and separated accordingly
Keeps track of inventory making sure there is enough ingredients
Prepares any necessary sauces
Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
Maintains a clean environment during and after business hours.
Has great communication skills with owner and assistant manager to see how to improve the business.
