About the Role:
The Merchandiser role is a crucial part of achieving our mission of making healthy food more accessible for everyone.
You will be responsible for servicing all of our fridges at LAX airport.
Your job is to own your route by making sure that Farmer’s Fridge products are stocked correctly, look professional, and provide us with real-time data around stocking volumes to help drive sales.
You will be the face of Farmer’s Fridge when merchandising so it is crucial that you have a positive and professional attitude.
Merchandisers accurately and efficiently stock products into our Fridge vending units.
Success will be measured by your ability to arrive on time to Fridge locations, stock efficiently, and provide real-time feedback.
You must be an effective communicator as you will have to build relationships with our partners and airport clients.
Ability to operate effectively under minimal supervision
You’ll be the only Farmer’s Fridge employee that people see so you must be friendly and knowledgeable
Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience:
1-year merchandising experience (preferred)
Ability to use technology: Smart Phones and iPads
Ability to read and understand delivery/merchandising instructions
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
Some knowledge of mechanics (minor repairs to smart fridges)
Must be able to receive an LAX Airport Badge within 30 days of employment
