The Plumber responsibilities include installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing devices.
Completes corrective and preventive work orders as assigned.
Removes obstructions from plumbing.
Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, commodes, water cooler, kitchen equipment, etc.
Executes inspections and repairs to building’s fire protection piping and related components.
Performs or manages via a subcontractor, back-flow certifications.
Monitors the performance of Plumbing subcontractors, including conformance to code.
