Goodwin seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate (class of 2018-2016) to join our Private Investment Funds practice and Real Estate Industry group.
Candidates must have experience both working in teams and managing substantial components of fund formation transactions with private investment funds in the real estate, private equity, debt, and/or venture capital industries.
Candidates should be experienced with private placements under the 33 Act, unregistered funds under the Investment Company Act and have exposure to the Investment Advisers Act.
Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in the resident office’s location is required.
