The Law Office of Adamson Ahdoot, LLP is a full-service, plaintiffs’ civil litigation firm, handling cases from pre-litigation through trial.
We specialize in catastrophic personal injury matters.
This position will handle all aspects of litigation, from A through Z.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: drafting and filing Complaints; drafting and responding to discovery; drafting correspondence; meeting-and-conferring with opposing counsel on discovery, subpoenas, etc.; drafting law and motion; taking and defending depositions; preparing trial documents, including MILs, exhibit binders, and joint trial documents.
The job will encompass all of the practical, day-to-day work that comes along with being an attorney in a full-service, personal injury practice.
The ideal candidate is internally driven, able to take direction and criticism well, and detail-oriented.
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Class rank and participation in various programs are not as important as a passion for helping people and a genuine desire to learn.
An inquisitive mind is a plus.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
