These position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense Systems (BDS) business organization.

We are looking for individuals to help us take our Observability game to the next level.

In this role, you will help guide the Boeing Enterprise transformation of DevSecOps across our business units.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain a modern system deployment to the cloud environment with a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows for system build, test and deploy in containerized microservices.

We operate as a fast paced agile team.

We seek candidates who have proven skills in DevOps, Cloud environments, software development, test automation, and system automation.

The team is building a world class observability platform focused on improving the stability, performance, and efficiency for hundreds of our Kubernetes based software factories spanning on-prem and multi-cloud.

(Gathering and analyzing all the data from infrastructure, Kubernetesplatform, and the applications deployed as part of the SW factory.) This is a greenfield development opportunity where you will be part of a team bringing the best of breed technical choices to bear.

The DevOps team offers a collaborative mentoring environment where you have the opportunity to learn from or lead others.

This position allows telecommuting and does require applicants to live in either of the listed location options: Saint Louis, MO, Colorado Springs, CO, El Segundo, CA, Fairfax, VA full-time.

Position responsibilities:Assists with the development, documentation and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systemsDevelops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software systemAssists with test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are metSupports software project management and software supplier management functionsSelects, tailors and deploys processes and tools; establishes metrics.Performs software research and trade studiesTroubleshoots software issues.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

A final U.S.
