Customer Service/Receptionist

Our client is in the West Adams District, and in need of a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Rep and Receptionist.

This is a smaller company environment, however the company has been in business for over 30 years and still growing.

They install and maintain equipment.
The phones volume is quite heavy, and whoever they hire must be able to handle the high volume of calls
– both for the Receptionist Position and for the Customer Service.
These are all inbound calls for clients calling on installation or equipment maintenance.

So someone that has the ability to not only take the calls, but to write the work orders necessary and pass to the dispatch department.

If you like being kept super busy all the time, this could be for you.

You need good computer skills, be fluent in Spanish and have at least 2+ years of (stable) customer service experience.
Lets get you going in your potential new career opportunity!

AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pursuant to applicable state and municipal Fair Chance Laws and Ordinances, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
