The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a high-volume bar, maintaining service standards, cocktail development, and managing staffs of thirty plus.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic knowledge of F&B operations, bar specific acumen preferred
Bar menu development and training
Attention to product consistency and trends
Handle cash and keys responsibly and according to company policy
Keep the bar, bar area, and supplies clean and properly stocked.
Assist with ABC and health department compliance
Excellent organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties, staff, and guests
Supervise the team in a fair, and consistent manner
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment
Excellent communication skills with both guests and staff which includes strong conflict resolution skills.
Ability to follow and give direction and respond with appropriate actions in a timely manner
Punctual and reliable.
