Job Summary:
Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners’ water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service.
Bussers also help help servers bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.
Busser/Runner Functions:
Be a core team member in our high energy restaurant
Ensure food is delivered quickly and correctly
Clean and reset tables, refill water, and re-stock glassware
Clean and stock restrooms
Create and nurture a fun, positive work environment
Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
