We seek an experienced recruiter to identify, source and close amazing Sales & Customer Success talent in a fast paced, high volume environment for our recruiting team.
This is a temporary opportunity to jump in head-first and help open and grow our teams.
Compensation: $45.00/ hr
– $50.00/ hr

Tier 2 encompasses salary ranges 15% less than those in Tier 1 for states with mid-sized cities (ie: Chicago, Dallas, Portland, etc)
Tier 3 encompasses salary ranges 20% less than those in Tier 1 for states with smaller
cities (including our Ohio office, Nevada, etc)

What You’ll Do:
Review inbound applications for sales and customer success positions
Conduct recruiter phone screens with candidates
Manage all candidate outreach including the initial screen
Schedule hiring manager interviews
Networking and brand awareness
Any other administrative tasks required by your TA Partner
What You’ll Bring:

3-5 years of Sourcing experience
Strong communication skills
