Summary of Role:
Run the day-to-day operations of designated D2C web stores, overseeing inventory & stock management, as well as facilitating product development, setup, and delivering new campaigns to market.
Experience:
2+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce management experience.
Music industry, entertainment (licensed consumer products), or major apparel brand experience preferred.
Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time.
Excellent communication skills.

Expert project management skills.
Self-starter able to execute and accomplish departmental goals.
College degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage official stores for approximately 10-15 bands & recording artists.
Set up of products on Shopify, making sure that pricing, imagery, and descriptions are optimized to engage fans.
Work with ecommerce technology and fulfilment partners, to ensure that product launches and campaigns are executed as seamlessly as possible.
Ongoing monitoring of sales performance across sites, identifying opportunities for further growing and developing the business.
Review stock and inventory across assigned stores and place replenishment reorders accordingly.
Regular merchandising and optimization of the store front, ensuring an best-in-class shopping experience for customers.
Work with production department on internal product setup and ordering.
Assist brand management with placing internal orders & sample servicing requests.
Work as a stakeholder within the product development process, inputting into annual planning, product concepts and feasibility as well as scheduling for their specific stores.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Logistics Manager to ensure that store operations are running smoothly from the logistics of delivering stock, receiving, fulfilling orders, and making sure customer service is pro-active.
